  • SAP Security re-design project (Strategic project to re-design & implement SAP roles) covering 2500 employees and contractors.
  • Field Force Redevelopment project upgrading functionalities to accommodate device agnostic capabilities and change middleware
  • Implemented SAP RE-FX Solution to be IFRS16 compliant.
  • Replace SAP T&M solution with SAP Concur with enhanced mobile capabilities laying foundation for mobile apps for other business functions.
  • Lead business case of global strategy, approach and overall training and communication plan for the Ariba global implementation.
  • Lead Business case to solution to automise weighbridge solution and real time tracking of trucks that carry sugar to customer.
  • Provided best practice implementations by arriving at Key Business Decisions, Centralised procurement, Drive strategic contracts, inter market supply planning and uniform data and business processes that became foundation to global implementation of Arbia
  • Reviewed domestic and international Functional Design documentation to support the business requirements for all markets.
  • Designed PMO processes and workflow to ensure – getting right first time. No configuration can be done until all system changes are well documented and signed off by relative leads, architect and functional owners. This key changes in change control, was implemented across the board for all projects.
